こんにちは浜田です。

今日はとても涼しいですね

体調など崩されていませんか？

先日Ｒioのお客様からいただきものをしました。

ハーブティー

ご自分でハーブの調合をされているお客様で、

花粉症の時期もお世話になりました。

今回お土産にいただいブレンドは

美肌美白ブレンド

女性ホルモンの調節のローズ・ワイルドヤム

美白　ビタミンＣ　ヒース・ハイビスカス・ローズヒップ

などなど・・・たくさんブレンドしてあるそうです

私はミントなどの、いわゆるスースーするハーブティが苦手です

ハーブティー

ハーブティーも物によって飲むのに億劫になってしまうのですが、

このブレンドはとても美味しくいただきました。

ルイボスも入っていたので飲みやすく作って下さいました。

　７月２２日の新月は日本国内で観測が可能な

４６年ぶりの皆既日食だそうです

　　　　　　　　　なのに、このお天気・・・。心配ですね

明日は日食が見れるよう願います

皆既日食

午前９時３０分ころから太陽が欠け始め，午後０時３０分ころまでには終了するそうです。

こんな日食みてみたいですね

関東では・・・見れるのでしょうか？
