花粉症と戦う。２

花粉症になってしまったら、しかたがない、、、！

 

花粉症と上手に付き合っていくには、そのメカニズムを知り、症状が出る前に予防することです。

 

 

ひき続き、日常でできる予防法などを紹介しますflair

 

 

 

 

 

 

★進んで摂りたい食品

 

 

和食※和食（ご飯、季節の野菜、魚、酢の物、味噌汁など）

 

を中心としたメニューが良いです。

 

 

・魚

 

魚にはα-リノレン酸、EPA、DHAが多く含まれ、

 

これらはアレルギー反応を抑制する働きがあります。

 

 

 ・ニンニク、玉ねぎ

 

この２つの野菜は正に万能薬です。

 

これらは免疫力を高め、肺と気道をきれいにし、炎症を抑制し、鎮静薬の働きをし、

 

尿の出を良くするといった働きをします。

 

また、玉ねぎの皮にはケセルチンが含まれており、花粉症に有効な成分として知られています。

 

毎日の食事のメニューに加えると、花粉症だけでなく健康面すべてにおいて改善されるでしょう。


 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

★控えた方が良い食品

 

 

・小麦

 

ほとんどが輸入品です。

 

長い運搬距離に耐えるために殺虫や防腐の薬品が使われています。

 

アレルゲン（抗原＝花粉）と化学物質が結びつくと、アレルギー反応が強化されます。

 

 

・油

 

ベニバナ油、ひまわり油、コーン油などの植物油にはリノール酸が多く含まれます。

 

リノール酸は体に吸収されるとアラキドン酸になります。アラキドン酸はロイコトリエンを作ります。

 

ロイコトリエンには色々な種類がありますが、

 

アラキドン酸からできたロイコトリエンはアレルギー反応を悪化させます。
（リノール酸→アラキドン酸→ロイコトリエン）

 

リノール酸は動物性脂肪（肉の脂）に多く含まれ、アレルギー、癌、脳卒中を悪化させます。

 

 

 

※逆に良い油


しそ油、亜麻仁油（あまにゆ）、エゴマ油にはα-リノレン酸が多く含まれます。

 

α-リノレン酸はアレルギー、癌、脳卒中を減少させます。

 

α-リノレン酸は体内で代謝されてサイコサペンタエン酸（EPA）になります。

 

EPAからもロイコトリエンができますが、

 

EPAからできたロイコトリエンはアレルギー、癌、脳卒中を抑制する働きがあります。
（α-リノレン酸→EPA→ロイコトリエン）

 

α-リノレン酸、EPA、そしてドコサヘキサエン酸（DHA）は魚に多く含まれます。

・動物性たんぱく質（肉・卵・牛乳）

 

たんぱく質は体内でアミノ酸に分解されて小腸で吸収されます。

 

しかし消化能力を超える大量のたんぱく質はアミノ酸にまで分解されずにそのまま吸収されてしまい

 

ます。そうするとアレルギー反応が強化されてしまいます。

 

学校給食には牛乳が毎日出されますが、

 

このような視点から見ると、考えさせられるものがあります。

 

肉の脂にはアラキドン酸が多く含まれ、肉自体のたんぱく質と共にアレルギーの一因となっています

 

す。

 

 

 ・白砂糖

 

白砂糖はアレルギーを促進し、発症する大きな引き金になると考えられています。

 

白砂糖をふんだんに使ったケーキや菓子類などの甘味品は控えましょう。
