春を満喫しました

こんにちは浜田です。桜がどんどん咲いてきてますね。

昨日はお休みをいただいて、ちょっと贅沢な春を満喫してきました。

六本木に住むお友達の近くの桜がもうすぐ満開！という知らせを受けて、お友達のお家の近くのラウンジへ案内してもらいました。

六本木一丁目の駅をでてすぐの桜並木です。
今日はお友達との写真を載せちゃいました。

女性として・・また、よき妻として・・とても見習う事ばかり！美容に対する意識もものすごく高くて、とても刺激をもらえる友人の一人です

たまにこのブログに登場してくると思います。

昨日のランチ

春の山菜とホタテのクリームパスタ

疲労回復ジュース

ゆず・オレンジ・レモン・などクエン酸の入ったフレッシュジュース

目の前に桜があり贅沢な空間でのランチを頂きました

その後はいつものМ　cafeでデザートを買っておともだちのお家に行きデザートタイム。

左はスム―ジー。今人気なんですって。

（私は昨日初めて知りました）

ザクロと、ブルーベリーです。

１００パーセントフルーツで、バナナや、みかん、・・・なども入っていて一日に摂取したいフルーツがこれ一本に凝縮されているスゴイ飲み物です。

そしてＭ cafeのオーガニックチョコレートクッキー

これは、本当に美味しい。悪いものが入ってなくてこんなに美味しいってと今はまっています。

Мのシールが貼ってあるのが、

自家製グラノーラショコラ

オートミール、カカオマス、メイプルシロップ、レーズン、アーモンド、クルミ　、オレンジ果皮などなど

とにかくたくさん入ったグラノーラ（笑）

オヤツに最適です。

こんなオヤツを毎日食べれたら・・・・。体にも、美容にも最高なんだろうな！と思いながら。

私にはたまの贅沢です

Ｍ　cafeでも桜のシーズンでお花見ランチをしていました。

桜の木の下で外で食べれますよ

素敵な店員さんがたくさんいるので、ぜひ足を運んでみてはいかがですか？
