「お家での正しいシャンプーの仕方」　の紹介です。

意外と、よく分らない、、、というかたも多いのではないでしょうか？？？

☆まず、シャンプーで一番大切なのは最初にしっかりとお湯で濡らす事です。

とりあえず髪が濡らせばOK！なんて思っている人も多いハズ、、、。

「汚れ」はお湯で濡らして「水分」を吸収する事によって柔らかくなって落ち易くなります。

髪を軽く濡らした状態だと、乾いたままの髪は、

絡んでしまったり折れたり切れ易くなってしまいシャンプーがダメージの原因にもなってしまいます。

大切なのは、濡らしながら頭皮を洗う様に髪に。

スタイリング剤がついている時は、スポンジを揉むようにしっかり濡らしていきましょう。

●しっかりお湯で髪を濡らしたら、１回目のシャンプーは５００円玉大ぐらいの量を手に取って

お湯を少し加えて洗顔料を泡立てる様に手の中で泡立たせます。

※いきなりシャンプー剤を付けてしまうより、手の中で軽く泡立てることで泡が立ち易くなります。

●髪全体を軽く泡立てたら、軽めに流します。（←二度洗いをする時はこの時は軽めに流してOK！）

●二度目のシャンプーは５００円玉大より少し少なめの量を手に取って、

同じ様に手で泡立ててから髪につけて洗って行きましょう。モコモコな泡がたちますよ！

☆シャンプーは主に地肌を洗うのが目的です。

地肌を洗う様にシャンプーして髪の毛は最後に余った泡を毛先に向かってなぞるぐらいが良いです。

あまり擦ったりしない様にしましょう。

●二度目のシャンプーはしっかりとすすいで、トリートメントをつけていきます。

※髪の長さや量にもよりますが、ジョンマスターオーガニックのトリートメントは１円玉大ぐらいを目安に

少し髪に揉み込む様に付けましょう。

※トリートメントを付けて時間を置いてお風呂の湯船に浸かる場合や、髪の長い人は髪を止めて置い

た方が良いです。

（湯船のお湯に髪が浸かったままだとダメージに繋がってしまいます。）

☆ジョンマスターオーガニックのトリートメントは流す時は軽めに流すくらいでOKです。

洗い流さないトリートメントとしても使ます。

☆お風呂では軽く流す程度にして、乾かす前にもう一度つけるのがオススメです！

普段何気なくやるシャンプーですが、毎日の積み重ねがとても大切です。
